The following procedures are considered as special cases:

JAVNA

Issue: AI not importing the change in the next active range with effective date, due to supplier not stating the change in the file correctly

Effects and risks: Possible disputes and ranges with rates which are not correct if the user doesn't check the previous price update

Solution: Inform the supplier to correct the price update, notify every platform owner to be aware of the issue

MONTY

Issue: Effective date order of the ranges not correct

Effects and risks: Closed ranges even if they should be active which can cause issue with traffic

Solution: Inform support to check the price update before activating/waiting for resolution since the issue is most probably caused by auto activation included for multi range procedures only

MADA

Issue: Effective date order of the ranges not correct

Effects and risks: Closed ranges even if they should be active which can cause issue with traffic

Solution: Inform support to check the price update before activating/waiting for resolution since the issue is most probably caused by auto activation included for multirange procedures only

DIMOCO

Issue: Effective date order of the ranges not correct

Effects and risks: Closed ranges even if they should be active which can cause issue with traffic

Solution: Inform support to check the price update before activating/waiting for resolution since the issue is most probably caused by auto activation included for multirange procedures only

ALL PROCEDURES

Issue: When a supplier sends a price update with the same effective date, AI will only update the already existing range

Effects and risks: Possible disputes if there is ongoing traffic for the mentioned destinations.

Solution: Insert the rates for destinations manually

ALL PROCEDURES

Issue: When a supplier sends a price update with the same effective date, AI will only update the already existing range

Effects and risks: If a user doesn't notice the AI report, this could be misleading to the user because he will think that the price update was not imported/or autoactivated

Solution: If the price update has been successfully imported and the supplier stated the same effective date as already existing range, check that range since the procedure will only update that range
